Yogaway, Yoga & Pilates Studio is nestled in the heart of Newlands Village, Cape Town at the foot of Table Mountain. We are a very small and intimate studio, offering a nurturing and gentle way of finding your own practice. We offer various forms of Yoga, some of which include Pilates form, as we like to encourage a strong emphasis on core work. We have a deep grounding in anatomy and physiology and we use this knowledge to work and guide in a healing, therapeutic way. We offer private sessions and group classes.
